Salisbury was once a major center of trade and politics that has kept its old town charm. It is located on I-85 about 40 miles north of Charlotte.

In Salisbury you will find a lot of shops and restaurants and a historic district full of great old buildings including: churches, old downtown businesses, and a theater.

After spending the day in Salisbury North Carolina we headed southeast to go antique shopping in Oakboro. Along the way we came across this old church and graveyard. I believe the name of the town this is near is Faith. This is a very interesting site with graves that date back into the 1800s.
